FOR THE REAR put a anti roll bar and remove the rear springs add 12 130 coil over springs mount in same location.50/50 shocks in rear,....front i know its teedious but cut half coil at a time with a cut off wheel so it dont change your spring rate,,1/2 moon at a time.

forgot to say if ya put drop spindles in the spring is collapsed more takes out the rate may not jump up hard enough to transfer weight.

C, what's going on dude? If there's anybody who knows their way around a GM 4 link suspension it's me. I've researched suspensions for a while now, primarily focusing on those who do more with less, and that certain class where they do anything they can to get the best possible 60 foot...Stock Eliminator. Besides that, we've tried everything between my father's and my brother's cars and I know what works and what doesn't. To start, here's a video of my brother's Malibu. Now mind you, this was on a fresh, cold track and 2lbs less air in the rear tires, and absolutely NO tuning. This car is footbraked with a 1.76 powerglide and 60 footed a 1.450 and I am confident it will 60 foot 1.39-1.40 with a few more of our little tricks. You will have to pause it when the writing comes up, I didn't leave enough time to read it.
Not sure you want to post everything, so you can PM me, or even hit me up on AIM my screenname is BaddNova71...I need to know your entire combo, and I need to know all the incrementals from the time slips. I can get that car to work, trust me. Joe Thrift-Way Auto Body Racing |

Exactly. They do not belong on a car that requires a lot of front end travel. In essence, drop spindles are travel limiters. Think of it like this. Let's say you want to lower the front of your car 2". If you cut the spring, or get a softer spring, you will gain 2" of upward travel. If you use a drop spindle, you gain none, although the car is lower. So, when you launch the car, your front suspension will run out of travel 2" LOWER than before, and could cause it to spin the tire because the car is unable to get up on the tire enough and/or quick enough.
