third gen camaro/firebird rear has nine bolt cover with a fill hole in it.disc brakes/posi.does anybody know what rear this is,or if its worth trying to put 3.73s in it?

I ordered some 373s yesterday for it. a little research( bw7.75 rear 3:27).now i need some suspension upgrades on this old dog.

It's an Austrailian 9 bolt. They hold up pretty good. Definitly way better than the 7.5 10bolt

It all depends on how much power you're putting to it.....and hook too!!

thanks,i will see what happens its always been on street tires.i put the drag radials on it. now instead of tire spin it hooks quiet and i smell burning clutch.
